When you choose me as your agent I’ll explain all facts and numbers necessary to help price your home correctly and set up checklists to help us accomplish the sale of your home. The most important aspect of the process is listening to your needs and wants.
We will always communicate via phone or in person and I will always be readily available to take your questions and concerns. I will call and set up all showings through you and will immediately follow up with the buyer’s agent to get vital feedback regarding price and the buyer’s opinion of your home. As I hear of prospects, I can immediately let you know or update you on your preferences. At the end of each week, we will discuss how the week progressed and talk about what we can do to get your home sold if it hasn’t already.
Our team is of great help in determining correct pricing for a home, staging, to make a home show better and sell quicker, and of course marketing, so that hundreds more people see your home.
