Dan Fehrman

Dan Fehrman is a life long Omaha, NE resident. He is married with two amazing children, and they currently reside in the Greta area. Dan's life experiences give him a very unique perspective of our market here in Omaha. He grew up in Millard, attended Creighton Prep High School, and then UNO. Upon graduating from UNO, Dan joined the Omaha Police Department, and has been serving since 2005.

In 2017 Dan decided to take his love for helping people into real estate. Since then, he has worked in all areas of residential real estate including new construction, investing, listing, and buying. As Dan continues to grow his business, he remains focussed on building relationships with his clients. Dan realizes not every transaction will be problem free, but his goal is to make it as smooth and seamless as possible!
