As part of this process, I will call you to schedule each showing to ensure it works with your schedule. Post showing, I will contact the showing agent as soon as possible for feedback about the showing. This way, we get the feedback from the agent that is showing houses in your home’s price range and also get the feedback of their buyer on how your home compares. I will provide straightforward, open and timely communication tailored around your expectations, with a weekly summary and updates on showings and the feedback we have received. We will discuss and plan future open houses and other decisions regarding your home weekly.
